Overview Combing a mix of adventure and culture in this multi-day trek suites those who have a little extra time, are willing to get a little dirty, and want to explore. You will have opportunity to meet several different minorities, which cannot be found in other areas of Sapa.

Itinerary
Sapa Trek( 5 days/4 nights)
Day 1: Hanoi
At 8h30 pm, we will pick you up at your hotel and transfer to Hanoi Railway Station for overnight train to Lao Cai.
Day 2: Lao Cai –Sapa (B)
Arrive in the early morning (around 6am), you will take a 45 –minute drive to Sapa. Check in hotel for your refreshment and breakfast. Rest of the day, you are free to explore the town. Accommodation at hotel in Sapa.
Day 3: Sapa - Ban Ho - Sin Chai (B, L)
The day commences with a drive to the trekking route. The trek starts by walking through the incredibly scenic “Ban Ho” valley. Here you will have the opportunity to visit and explore the wooden houses, which traditionally belong to the Tay ethnic minority. You will then continue walking tour to Thanh Phu village where you stop for lunch in a local house. After lunchtime, you head to Sin Chai village of Red Dao
Day 4: Sin Chai - Nam Nhiu - Nam
Today’s trek takes you through several villages where you will be able to meet Tay , Hmong and Xa Pho ethnic minorities. You will have time to photograph the beautiful rice paddy terraces and the surrounding mountain. On the way you will visit a local school. Your lunch will be prepared and served in a local house. In the afternoon, you head back to Thanh Phu village of Tay
Day 5: Thanh Phu - My Son - Nam
On the last day of the trek you will cross several suspension bridges and trek through lush rice paddy fields and stunning scenery. You have a unique opportunity to meet Xa Pho minority in My Son village, one of the smallest group ethnic living in Northern Viet Nam . They always maintain their unique costume and nomadic life. You trek uphill to Nam Toong village of Red Dao
In the afternoon, your trek will be firstly downhill to Ban Ho village where you will have time for a swim in the river. You will then climb toward Su Pan. The car will meet you there and return you to Sapa for some refreshment. At 5.30pm, it is time for a transfer back to Lao Cai Railway Station for dinner and overnight train back to Hanoi

How to minimise the cost of your holiday
Avoid travel at peak times , i.e. Christmas, New Year and lunar New Year. Take more friends with you ! Larger parties lead to price reductions as many costs are shared; Avoid single supplements by making sure your group comprises an even number of travellers; Consider taking a more in-depth tour of one country rather than trying to visit too many countries in one trip. International flights between countries add cost. If you like one country, you can always go back to a neighbouring country next year!
