Accommodation & Interiors 
RV Toum Tiou II  provides a true Mekong cruising experience between Siem Reap and Saigon. Passengers sail the entire river (no bus transfers) in proximity to the river line allowing spectacular views of the Mekong’s fauna and flora, peoples, and culture in Cambodia and Vietnam. In-cabin facilities include; a rain shower, private lounge area, air conditioning, hi-fi system. All cabins are fitted to the highest specifications with noble wood finishes in an elegant colonial style..

Mekong River Cruises RV Toum Tiou II has A top sun deck with sun loungers a small library and a full bar. Cabins on two decks. Upper Deck: 6 cabins each with panoramic windows and on suite bathrooms.  Lower Deck: 8 cabins each with panoramic windows and on suite bathrooms. Large screen television in dining lounge showing movies nightly.   


Cabins:  
Mekong River Cruise RV Toum Tiou II has 14 cabins - 6 upper deck/ 8 lower deck. Cabins fitted out with exotic Cambodian tropical teak, hard and palm wood, complete with classic brass fittings. Large panoramic window giving you a clear view of the river. Bathrooms with branded fittings in an exotic natural wood surrounding and a rain shower. Electric mini safe. Central air conditioning. Imported quality linens with duvet and two kind of pillows. Premium mattresses. All beds can be converted to twin or double bed arrangements. Make-up mirrors in cabin and bathroom. Large closet space and under-bed storage. Hair dryer. Turndown service. Laundry service. All day complimentary  tea, coffee, snacks at the bar.
 
Fine Dining: A fine-dining establishment with cuisine prepared by international standard chefs offering both local and international cuisine inspired by both French, and traditional Vietnamese, and Cambodia fusion served with a range of fine wines. Will satisfy the most discerning palates.
 
Spa Service: Our specially trained onboard therapist offer arrange of massage experiences to aid  restorative powers of quiet repose, personal attention and total indulgence on the mind, on the body and soul.
 
Emergency & Safety: Smoke detectors are placed in all cabins and public places through RV Toum Tiou II. Emergency lighting and generator, fire hydrants and fire hoses, fire extinguishers and life jackets are present to ensure comfort and safety.

Itinerary

Mekong River Cruises - 8 Day Mekong River Cruise Siem Reap - Saigon


Day 1 – Embark at Siem Reap cruise to Chnok Tru

 

·        Private Minibus Transfer from FCC hotel (central Siem Reap) to Siem Reap Pier.

·        Transfer by local boats to the Toum Tiou II. Toum Tiou embarks.

·        Lunch served on board. Cuise Tonle Sap Lake for Chnok Tru floating village.

·        Evening welcome drink, crew introduction. Drop anchor. Dinner. First night onboard.

 

Day 2 – Chnok Tru to Kampong Chhnnang

 

·        Breakfast onboard. Visit Chnok Tru where we will tour a floating village

·        Visit a floating school, floating church, pagoda, service stations, floating stores, floating police station. **

·        Chnok Tru to Kampong Chnnang. Visit Kampong Chnnang village know for its fine clay pottery.

·        Lunch onboard. Relaxed half day by crossing the Tonlé Sap Lake.

·        Dinner is served and the cruise ship moors overnight.

 

** From March it might not be possible to visit Floating village depending on the water level


Day 3 - Kampong Tralach – Koh Chen / Oudong – Phnom Penh

 

·        Breakfast on Board. Cruise to spectacular Vihara at Wat Kampong Tralach Leu pagoda.

·        Cruise to Kôh Chen (Chinese Island). Lunch on board

·        See hills of Cambodia's old capital, Oudong, and its royal stupas. The ruins of Anthareu temple.

·        Dinner is served as we cruise to Phnom Penh.

 

Day 4 - Phnom Penh

 

·        We arrive at Phnom Penh. Breakfast is served on Board..

·        Visit Phnom Penh. We visit the Royal Palace, Silver Pagoda and Russian Market. We return to the ship.

·        Exploring Phnom Penh. Guests are free to explore this erstwhile Pearl of the East for the balance of the day.

·        During the long cruise, be entertained by the graceful dancers of the traditional Apsara dance.

·        Dinner is served.

 

Day 5 – Cruise to Kaam Samnar Vietnam Border and on to Sa Dec

 

·        Toum Tiou II leaves at the break of dawn for Kaam Samnar (Vietnamese border).

·        Breakfast is served. We drop anchor at the check-point. You relax on board we deal with border formalities.

·        While taking lunch we depart for Sa Dec. 

·        Dinner is served on board we moor ship overnight.

 

Day 6 – Sa Dec to Vinh Long

 

·        After lunch, we cruise to Vinh Long and the Binh Hoa Phuoc Islet Nursery of Fruit Trees.

·        We cruise towards Cai Be for a short panoramic cruise.

·        We cruise to My Tho where we moor overnight. Dinner is served.

 

Day 7 – Sa Dec to Vinh Long

 

·        After breakfast, local boats take us on a short transfer to the mainland.

·        a panoramic tour of My Tho.

·        We return to the Toum Tiou and we then cruise towards Saigon.

·        A sumptuous farewell dinner is served and the Toum Tiou moors overnight.

 

Day 8 – My Tho to Saigon

 

·        After breakfast, the Toum Tiou II departs for Saigon.

·        Enjoy a leisurely breakfast on board before arriving at Saigon Port..

·        Passengers disembark at Saigon also known as the Paris of the East.
